By accessing or using SatyaXLab (located at labs.satyaxcode.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use our tools.

SatyaXLab provides free, browser-based tools for developers, designers, and professionals including:

• Image processing (compression, conversion, cropping, resizing)
• PDF tools (merge, split, compress, protect, convert)
• Developer tools (code formatting, encoding, hashing, JWT decoding)
• Text tools (word counting, case conversion, deduplication)
• SEO tools (sitemap generation, meta tag analysis)

All tools run entirely in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

You agree to use SatyaXLab only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our tools to process, distribute, or create illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary source code
• Use automated scripts or bots that degrade performance for other users
• Misrepresent SatyaXLab tools as your own product or service
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's infrastructure

Your content is yours. Since all processing is client-side, your files and data remain entirely under your ownership. We make no claim to any content you process.

The SatyaXLab name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Some tools use open-source libraries that retain their respective licenses.

SatyaXLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

We recommend validating critical outputs independently. Browser-based processing may produce results that differ from native processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatyaXLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Since all processing is local, you are responsible for keeping backup copies, verifying output quality, and ensuring browser compatibility.

We aim to keep SatyaXLab available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
